The experience starts with a safety briefing, then under the guidance of an experienced keeper, you will have the opportunity to help train Chico and Tina using positive reinforcement techniques, which are essential for their care and well-being. The training session not only strengthens the bond between the Otters and their keepers but also provides valuable mental and physical stimulation for these curious critters. You will also have the chance to feed them some of their favourite snacks.

Throughout the encounter, our experienced keeper will share fascinating insights into Otter behaviour, social dynamics and conservation efforts that are needed to help protect them in the wild.
