Volunteering & Work Experiences
None of what we have achieved at Millets Wildside could be done without the help and support of our tireless volunteers & Work Experience Students who dedicate their time to keeping our birds and animals well cared for and our Centre running smoothly. There are too many to name individually however they all have our endless gratitude.

We cannot accept work experience students under 16 years old (and you must be studying an animal related qualification), volunteers must be over 18.
Volunteering with us is an amazing opportunity to learn what it takes to work in the industry and can be excellent experience for C.Vs. It is hard, dirty work, involving a lot of cleaning and potential heavy lifting. Volunteers will need to be able to work independently to meet the needs of the centre.
